Little Dove Floral is a garden-inspired wedding and event studio in Charlotte, North Carolina, led by Rachel Hiemer. Rachel has worked with flowers since she was 17 — from a hometown grocery floral department to assistant-managing a Milwaukee flower shop — before moving to Charlotte in 2018 and building Little Dove around what she loves most: collaborating with couples to create wedding florals that feel authentically theirs. Every design is original, never copied — built on an obsession with unique flower varieties, seasonal sourcing, and garden-inspired design, and supported by studio manager Jess Abrams. You don't have to choose between creativity and competence, or between beautiful work and a beautiful experience — during the biggest moments of your life, you can have it all.
